The World Health Organisation has recommended Yoga in the Workplace.

Employees lose days at work due to stress and ill health (usually sitting for hours at a desk). Having yoga in your own office space during a lunch break is an excellent way to provide wellbeing for your staff. Not only are there physical benefits but also mental health is improved. Also, from a work perspective, employees are more creative and productive when they are healthy and well.
